- have full ownership and permission to provide these photos for use on and by banff.com and provide a world wide, timeless licence to use, distribute, display, modify and publish these materials that may be copied and distributed by site viewers and third parties
- declare there are no commercial attachments, requirements, royalties, payments or other obligations by banff.com for the use and posting of these images
- will only upload images of Banff and the surrounding areas and no images of distaste or vulgarity
- agree that banff.com has full right to censor and edit text and the image at the sole discretion of banff.com
